三白草木脂素类化学成分及其药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：三白草为常见药用植物,药用价值广泛。近年来,国内外学者对三白草的化学成分、药理活性及临床应用进行了大量研究。其中,木脂素类成分含量最高,具有抗炎、保肝、抑制中枢神经、降血糖、抗肿瘤等药理作用。本文对近年来有关三白草中木脂素类成分及其药理活性研究进行了归纳,初步考证了三白草的物质基础和药理活性之间的关系,以期为进一步研究与开发三白草的临床应用及新药提供参考。Saururus chinensis is a commonly-used traditional Chinese medicine with a wide range of medical value.In recent years,the chemical constituents,pharmacological activity and clinical application of Saururus chinensis have been studied by domestic and foreign scholars.Among them,lignans as the highest content ingredient,plays an important role in lots of pharmacological effects,such as anti-inflammatory,liver protection,central nervous system inhibition,blood sugar lowering,and anti-tumor.In this paper,the recent studies on the lignans in Saururus chinensis and their pharmacological activities have been summarized,and the relationship between the material basis and pharmacological activity of Saururus chinensis has been preliminarily verified,which provides references for further research and development of the clinical application and new drugs of Saururus chinensis.
