摘　　要：多层螺旋CT血管成像(multi-slice spiral CT angiography,MSCTA)广泛应用于各种心血管疾病的诊断,除显示冠脉病变外,无需额外增加辐射剂量和对比剂用量便可同时评估左心房、左心耳、肺静脉的形态结构和功能。综述了MSCTA在左心房大小和功能评估及占位评估中的应用。At present,multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)is widely used in the diagnosis of various cardiovascular diseases.In addition to coronary artery lesions,the morphological structure and function of left atrium,left atrial appendage and pulmonary vein can be evaluated simultaneously without additional radiation dose and contrast agent dosage.This paper reviews the application of MSCT in the evaluation of left atrial size,function and space occupying.
