赤水源镇森林生态系统服务功能价值评估

摘　　要：运用生态系统服务功能的价值评价理论和方法对位于赤水河源头的镇雄县赤水源镇森林生态系统服务功能进行价值评估,在计算出赤水源镇全域森林生态系统生态服务功能“理论价值L(t)”的基础上,根据社会接受度分别计算出赤水源镇全域的“市场逼近价值Q(t)”和“森林生态补偿值Z(t)”。评估结果表明,赤水源镇全域森林“物质产品的理论价值L(t)”、“市场逼近价值Q(t)”和“森林生态补偿值Z(t)”分别为2222元/a、1557元/a和1557元/a;“非物质产品”的“理论价值L(t)”、“市场逼近价值Q(t)”和“森林生态补偿Z(t)”分别为30724元/a、10139元/a和1864元/a。分析认为,森林“非物质产品”功能价值巨大,其中涵养水源、固土价值最为显著,森林“物质产品”发展潜力巨大。提出抓住机遇,力推赤水源镇生态效益补偿得到实现,有效提升河流源头森林生态系统服务功能,分类施策,实现森林多功能经营目标等建议。The theory and method of ecosystem services were used to evaluate the forest ecosystem service of Chishuiyuan Town in Zhenxiong County,which was located at the source of Chishui River.According to the social acceptance,the“market approaching value Q(t)”and“forest ecological compensation value Z(t)”were calculated respectively based on calculating the“theoretical value L(t)”of ecosystem service of Chishuiyuan Town.The results showed that the value L(t),value Q(t)and value Z(t)of material products were 2222 yuan/a,1557 yuan/a and 1557 yuan/a respectively,while the value L(t),value Q(t)and value Z(t)of non-material products were 30724 yuan/a,10139 yuan/a and 1864 yuan/a respectively.The analysis indicated that the value of forest“non-material products”was huge,among which the value of water conservation and soil fixation was the most significant,and the development potential of forest“material products”was great.The paper suggested to grasp the opportunity to realize the compensation of ecological benefit,effectively improve the forest ecosystem service at the source of river,implement classified policies to achieve the goal of multi-functional forest management.
