春石斛无土栽培基质与营养液选择的研究方法概述

摘　　要：阐述石斛兰无土栽培基质与营养液的研究现状,概述春石斛无土栽培基质与营养液选择的研究方法,其要点为:基质选择与营养液配制的研究方法应结合春石斛的自然生长习性,了解基质结构,测定基质物理化学性质,分析基质的经济适用性能,调查基质对春石斛品质特性及对石斛兰光合特性研究的影响,明确春石斛各阶段的养分需求状况等,最终确定适合春石斛无土栽培的专用基质与营养液。文中就新材料研发、经济环保型基质以及新型营养液通用效果与配套营养液的研究等方面对春石斛无土栽培基质与营养液研究进行了展望。The research status of substrate and nutrient solution for soilless culture of Dendrobium candidum was described,and the research methods were summarized as follows:the substrate selection and nutrient solution preparation should be combined with the natural growth habits of Dendrobium candidum,understand the structure of substrate,measure the physical and chemical properties of substrate,and analyze the economic applicability of substrate,and the effect of substrate on the quality characteristics and the photosynthetic characteristics of Dendrobium candidum,as well as the nutrient demand of Dendrobium candidum in different stages should be investigated to determine the suitable special substrate and nutrient solution.
