基于使用后评价POE的遗址公园研究——以隋唐洛阳城国家遗址公园为例

摘　　要：采用使用后评价(post occupancy evaluation,POE)方法,以隋唐洛阳城国家遗址公园为研究对象,选取具有代表性的研究项,以问卷调查和访谈的形式进行调研和信息反馈。通过使用者特征分析、因子分析、逐步回归分析提出隋唐洛阳城国家遗址公园的规划建议。其中以隋唐景观色彩、开花植物数量、园林小品、园路铺装、游览路线规划这5个研究项可以解释游客整体满意度的57.0%变化原因,针对这5个研究项对应的3个因子分别提出植物景观、遗址文化展示和园路设计优化建议。The paper used the method of post occupancy evaluation(POE)to study the Suitang Luoyang National Heritage Park by selecting representative research items,and conducted investigation and information feedback in the form of questionnaire and interview.Through the analysis of user characteristics,factor analysis and stepwise regression analysis,the planning suggestions of Suitang Luoyang National Heritage Park were put forward.The five research items of landscape color,flowering plants,garden sketches,garden road pavement and tour route planning could explain 57.0%of the total satisfaction of tourists.This paper put forward optimization suggestions for plant landscape,cultural display of site and optimization of garden road design for the three factors corresponding to these five research items.
