摘　　要：目的分析心脏起搏器植入患者住院费用构成及影响因素,为合理控制心脏起搏器植入患者住院费用提供参考。方法采用描述性分析、非参数检验和多元线性回归等方法,对上海市某三甲医院2017年5月1日-2019年6月1日出院的660例心脏起搏器植入患者的住院费用进行分析。结果心脏起搏器植入患者平均住院总费用为(81396.26±26063.39)元,卫生材料费、化验费和治疗费是患者住院总费用的主要构成。多因素分析发现,住院天数是影响住院费用的首要因素。结论心脏起搏器植入患者住院费用总体偏高。应完善医保支付方式,降低卫生材料费;缩短平均住院日,加快床位周转;调整相关医疗服务价格,体现医务人员技术劳动价值;定期随访出院患者,关注生活质量改善。Objective To analyze the composition and main influencing factors of the hospitalization costs of patients with pacemaker implantation,and provide a reference for the reasonable control of the hospitalization costs of patients with pacemaker implantation.Methods Descriptive analysis,non-parametric test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the hospitalization costs of 660 patients with pacemaker implantation discharged from a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from May 1st 2017 to June 1st 2019.Results The average total hospitalization cost of patients with pacemaker implantation was(81396.26±26063.39)Yuan.The cost of sanitary materials,laboratory test and treatment were the main components of the total hospitalization cost.Multivariate analysis found that the length of stay was the primary factor affecting the hospitalization cost.Conclusion The hospitalization cost of patients with pacemaker implantation was generally high,so the medical insurance payment method should be improved to reduce the cost of health materials;the average hospital stay should be shortened to speed up the turnover of beds;the price of related medical services should be adjusted to reflect the value of medical staff's technical labor;and the discharged patients should be regularly followed up to pay attention to the improvement of life quality.
