摘 要:目的探索托管模式下医疗联合体有效的内部运行机制。方法进行医联体管理构架改革,构建相应管理机制,对托管前后两院区人员素质、运营状况等方面进行比较分析。结果托管后,两院区职工素质改善明显,工作量和工作效率有明显提升;学科建设和患者满意程度也取得较好成绩。结论良好的运行机制是医联体建设的内在推动力;管理和政策方面的支持,有助于完善运行机制。Objective To explore the effective internal operation mechanism of medical alliance in trusteeship mode.Methods The management structure of medical alliance was reformed,and the management mechanism were built.The personnel quality and operation status before and after the trusteeship were analyzed.Results After the trusteeship,the quality of the staff in the two hospitals,the workload and work efficiency had been significantly improved;the discipline construction and patient satisfaction also achieved good results.Conclusion Good operation mechanism is the internal driving force of medical alliance,the management and policy support will help improve the operation mechanism.
