摘  要:智能调光膜是一种新型电光响应薄膜材料,通过将聚合物均匀分散于液晶材料中形成聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)作为其主体材料制备而成.其中液晶分子显示出优异的电光特性,而聚合物则提供良好的力学与加工性能,在大面积柔性显示、智能建材调光玻璃、智能交通、智能传感等领域具有巨大的应用前景,因而受到研究者的广泛关注.本文中主要介绍了聚合物分散液晶膜的合成方法;简要阐述了其电光响应性能的影响因素;概括说明了PDLC的典型应用-智能调光玻璃的生产技术;分析了PDLC薄膜现存问题及解决策略,并且对聚合物分散液晶膜的未来应用前景做出展望.Intelligent dimming film is a new type of electro-optic response film material.Polymer dispersed liquid crystal(PDLC)is prepared by evenly dispersing polymer into liquid crystal material.Among them,liquid crystal molecules show excellent electro-optical properties,while polymers provide good mechanical and processing properties.They have great application prospects in large area flexible display,intelligent building materials dimming glass,intelligent transportation,intelligent sensing and other fields,so they are widely concerned by researchers.In this paper,we mainly introduces the synthesis method of polymer dispersed liquid crystal film;briefly describes the influence factors of its electro-optic response performance;summarizes the typical application of PDLC-the production technology of intelligent dimming glass;analyzes the existing problems and solutions of PDLC film,and makes prospects for the future application of PDLC film.
