摘　　要：文章主要介绍牛仔布浆纱染色过程的工艺运作及在这一过程中技术操作对浆染效果的影响,探讨各种因素对染料上染经纱的影响,得到牛仔布浆纱染色效果更佳的操作方法,更好地掌控相关条件以及提高牛仔布的质量。This paper mainly introduces the process operation of denim sizing and dyeing process and the influence of technical operation on sizing and dyeing effect in this process,discusses the influence of various factors on dye warp dyeing,and obtains the better operation method of denim sizing and dyeing effect,so as to better control the relevant conditions and improve the quality of denim.
