摘 要:采用熔融共混和热压烧结制备了硅酮/线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)复合材料,研究了硅酮母粒含量及实验载荷对复合材料摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,随着硅酮母粒含量增加,复合材料的摩擦系数不断下降,说明硅酮母粒可有效改善LLDPE复合材料的润滑性能;当硅酮母粒含量为5%时,复合材料的磨损量降低90.7%,说明添加少量硅酮母粒就可以显著改善复合材料的抗磨损性能;当实验载荷由10 N增加到20 N时,复合材料的摩擦系数由0.33~0.54降到0.22~0.41,说明高载荷可进一步促使硅酮母粒迁移到摩擦表面,使磨损表面更易形成润滑膜。磨损表面结构分析显示,纯LLDPE表面塑性变形情况非常严重,磨损机理主要为黏着磨损和磨粒磨损,而添加硅酮母粒后,复合材料磨损表面变的光滑,主要为轻微的磨粒磨损。The silicone/linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)composites with different contents of silicone master batch(5%,10%,15%,20%and 30%)were fabricated by hot pressing sintering method and their tribological performance was tested.The results show that the silicone master batch contents have significant effect on the frictional performance of the composite.The friction coefficient of composites could decrease with the increase of the silicone masterbatch contents.When the content of silicone masterbatch is 5%,the wear extent could decrease 90.7%,which means a little silicone masterbatch could improve the abrasion resistance.As the applied load increases from 10 N to 20 N,the friction coefficient is varied in the range of 0.33~0.54 and 0.22~0.41,indicating that high load could contribute to the decline in friction coefficient of the composite.The wear surface structure analysis shows that the plastic deformation of pure LLDPE surface is very serious,and the main wear mechanism is adhesive and abrasive wear.However,after the addition of silicone masterbatch,the wear surface of the composite material becomes smooth,which is mainly caused by slight abrasive wear.
