摘 要:随钻钻井信号下传系统可将地面指令传递到井下仪器,是实现远程控制的关键,目前大部分信号下传系统是通过调节井口流量,形成压力脉冲信号传递指令,且都被集成在旋转导向、MWD等工具的控制系统中,无法单独直接用于其他工具。本文研究了钻井液脉冲信号下传系统和钻杆转速脉冲信号下传系统,通过控制开停泵的时间形成压力脉冲信号组合,优选MEMS陀螺仪测量钻杆转速,利用卡尔曼滤波技术提高测量精度,优化信号编码提高信号传输准确性,通过控制转速和时间,形成转速脉冲信号组合等技术,实现了地面指令下传的可行性。室内测试表明,两种信号下传系统都表现出良好的准确性和实时性,可以移植到其他井下电控系统的研发中。The down transmission system for drilling while drilling signal can transmit the ground instructions to the downhole instruments,which is the key to realize the remote control.At present,most of the signal down transmission systems form pressure pulse signal to transmit instructions by adjusting the wellhead flow,and are integrated in the control system of rotary steering,MWD and other tools,which cannot be directly used for other tools alone.The down transmission system for drilling fluid pulse signal and drill pipe speed pulse signal are studied.By controlling the time of starting and stopping the pump,the pressure pulse signal combination is formed,and the MEMS gyroscope is selected to measure the drill pipe speed.Kalman filter technology is used to improve the measurement accuracy,optimize the signal coding to improve the accuracy of signal transmission,and speed pulse signal combination technology is formed by controlling the speed and time to realize the feasibility of ground command down transmission.The indoor test shows that the two signal down transmission systems show good accuracy and real-time performance,and can be transplanted to the development of other underground electric control systems.
