摘 要:通过有机硅偶联剂和马来酸单十二酸酯羧酸钠对芳烃树脂和酚醛树脂的惰性表面进行改性,研制出一种油溶性暂堵剂,测试了暂堵剂的悬浮性、油溶性以及抗温性能,并通过驱替实验测试了暂堵和解堵性能。实验结果表明,该暂堵剂软化点高达110℃,有较好的分散性、油溶性和抗高温降解能力;在温度40℃时注入暂堵剂厚度1.5~2.0 cm时,岩心突破压力超过5 MPa,暂堵率和解堵率均达到90%;在温度40~120℃时,温度越高,暂堵剂溶解性越好,需要暂堵剂填充厚度增加;油相与暂堵剂接触时间为48 h时,可以使渗透率恢复值达到90%以上。将其应用于河南油田WB2–32–4井转向压裂试验,加入暂堵剂后压力上升7 MPa,达到了暂堵和解堵效果,累计增油182 t,取得了较好的增油效果。An oil soluble temporary plugging agent was developed by modifying surface of temporary plugging agent.The suspension,oil solubility and temperature resistance of the temporary plugging agent were tested,and temporary plugging and unblocking performance were tested by displacement experiment.The results show the softening point of the temporary plugging agent is as high as 110℃,and has good dispersion,good oil solubility and high temperature degradation resistance;when the thickness of temporary plugging agent is 1.5~2.0 cm at 40℃,the breakthrough pressure of the core is more than 5 MPa,and the temporary plugging rate and plugging rate can reach 90%;when the temperature is 40~120℃,the higher the temperature,the better the solubility of temporary plugging agent,and the thickness of temporary plugging agent needs to be increased.When applied in WB2–32–4 well of Henan oilfield,after adding temporary plugging agent,the pressure increased by 7 MPa,which achieved the effect of temporary plugging and plugging removal,the cumulative increase of oil production was 182 t and good oil increasing effect was achieved.
