摘 要:渭北油田具有低渗、低压、低温、低产、低油气比的特征,在油井生产过程中存在泵效低,压裂效果差、集输成本高等问题。针对渭北油田注采开发中存在的问题,研究分层压裂工艺,优化油井生产参数、工作制度、集输工艺,提高了泵效,减少了油井作业频次,优选的φ32 mm、φ38 mm抽油泵型可改善油井系统效率,提高了压裂后油井生产效率。总结分析渭北油田注采工艺的主要问题,对已配套的低成本注采工艺进行适应性分析,并对下步油井注采工艺改进方向提出了建议。Weibei oilfield has the characteristics of low permeability,low pressure,low temperature,low production and low oil steam ratio.There are some problems in the process of oil well production,such as low pump efficiency,poor fracturing effect and high gathering and transportation cost.In view of the problems existing in the injection production development of Weibei oilfield,the separate layer fracturing technology is studied to optimize the production parameters,working system and gathering and transportation technology of oil wells.The pump efficiency is improved and the operation frequency of oil wells is reduced.The optimized φ32 mm and φ38 mm oil well pumps can improve the oil well system efficiency and improve the oil well production efficiency after fracturing.Through analysis,the main problems of injection production technology in Weibei oilfield mainly focuses on the adaptability of matching low-cost injection and production technology,and then some simple suggestions for the improvement direction of injection and production technology have been put forward in the next step.
