摘　　要：C-IASI为中国保险汽车安全指数(China Insurance Automotive Safety Index)简称,在侧面碰撞中更重更高的壁障车侧面撞击试验车辆以评价其车身结构变形和假人伤害保护。在Hypermesh中建立了某整车有限元仿真模型,进行CAE仿真计算。并通过与实车侧面碰撞试验数据对比,验证了有限元模型的有效性。针对侧面结构变形较严重部分进行了优化分析,优化后B柱侵入量降低,侧面碰撞安全性得到提高。C-IASI is China Insurance Automotive Safety Index.A more weight and higher barrier side impacts the test vehicle and it assess body structure and dummy injury.A car’s side crash CAE mode is built with Hypermesh software and the finite element calculation is made.The model is verified to be effective by compared the data of B-pillar deformation with that of a test car.The optimization proposal of side crash is provided and some suggestions are given to improve the performance of side crash.The simulation results show that the side crash performance of the car is enhanced significantly.
