摘  要:F-T柴油在柴油机上有良好的应用前景,为了研究主喷提前角对燃用F-T柴油的高压共轨柴油机的性能影响,在一台高压共轨柴油机上燃用F-T柴油,调整其主喷提前角,进行相关台架试验。试验结果表明,当主喷提前角由1.8°CA BTDC提前至10.8°CA BTDC时,柴油机的经济性有所提升,碳烟、CO、HC排放分别降低39.63%、34.7%和81.43%,NOX排放升高90%,通过试验可知,适当调整柴油机的主喷提前角可以提高柴油机的性能。F-T diesel has a good application prospect in diesel engine.In order to study the influence of main injection advance angle on the performance of High Pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine Fueled with F-T diesel,a high-pressure common rail diesel engine was fueled with F-T diesel,and its main injection advance angle was adjusted to conduct relevant bench tests.The test results show that when the advance angle of main injection is advanced from 1.8°Ca BTDC to 10.8°Ca BTDC,the economy of diesel engine is improved.The emissions of soot,CO and HC are reduced by 39.63%,34.7%and 81.43%respectively,and NOx emission is increased by 90%.The test shows that the performance of diesel engine can be improved by properly adjusting the main injection angle.
