摘 要:文章选取2018-2020年市场主流的30款车型作为研究对象,采用气味主观评价方法和基于PID电子鼻的气味客观评价方法分别对上述车型的车内气味进行试验检测,并对得到的气味主观强度和气味客观强度结果进行分析。结果表明,30款车型的气味客观强度偏差在±0.4级以内,显著优于气味主观强度误差±0.5级;总体上气味客观强度结果明显好于气味主观评价结果,且由于气味客观评价结果更加精确,更适应当前车内气味管控水平的发展趋势。The paper selects 30 mainstream vehicles in the market from 2018 to 2020 as the research object,and the odor subjective evaluation method and the odor objective evaluation method based on PID electronic nose were used to test the interior odor of the above vehicles.The results of odor subjective intensity and odor objective intensity were analyzed.The results show that,the odor objective intensity deviation of 30 vehicles is within±0.4 level,it was significantly better than the odor subjective intensity error of±0.5 grade.In general,the results of odor objective intensity were significantly better than those of odor subjective evaluation.Moreover,the odor objective evaluation results are more accurate,it is more suitable for the current development trend of vehicle interior odor control level.
