摘 要:胎压和车速直接影响轮胎的力学性能,而轮胎作为路噪传递中的重要一环,与整车驾乘感受有强关联性。文章通过仿真的方式,以实采的试验场NVH路面高程信息作为路面激励,基于CDTire轮胎模型与声固耦合模型在NVHD平台搭建整车VPG路噪仿真工况探究不同胎压和车速下整车路面振动噪声的响应规律。通过某款SUV的仿真结果表明,随着胎压和车速的增加,车内噪声和振动有变差的趋势。Tire pressure and speed directly affect the mechanical properties of tires,and tires,as an important part of road noise transmission,have a strong correlation with vehicle driving experience.By means of simulation,the paper takes the NVH road elevation information of the actual test field as the road excitation,and based on CDTire model and the acousto-solid coupling model,the paper explores the response law of the road vibration and noise of the vehicle under different tire pressures and vehicle speeds under the simulation conditions of VPG road noise of the vehicle built on the NVHD platform.The simulation results of a certain SUV show that with the increase of tire pressure and speed,the interior noise and vibration tend to become worse.
