摘　　要：以津巴布韦议会大厦项目中的屋盖钢结构施工为例,针对其工程地点特殊、场地狭小、安装精度不易控制等难点,根据钢构件特点、运输条件、起重设备、施工环境等因素,通过选择合理的分段加工和吊装方案,顺利地完成了屋盖钢结构的吊装施工。总结的施工实践经验,可为非洲地区类似项目的施工提供借鉴。Taking the roof steel structure construction of parliament building project in Zimbabwe as an example,aiming at the difficulties such as special project location,narrow site and difficult installation precision control,according to the characteristics of steel members,transportation conditions,lifting equipment,construction environment and other factors,through selecting reasonable subsection processing and hoisting scheme,the hoisting construction of roof steel structure is successfully completed.The summarized construction experience can provide reference for the construction of similar projects in Africa.
