摘　　要：在广州市轨道交通21号线地下车站装修工程中,针对地下特殊空间烧焊作业过程中存在的隐患多、危害大等难题,将彩釉玻璃内墙板与轻型高强铝合金型材组合成整体标准单元板块,实现工厂预制生产、现场快速挂装,满足了绿色施工要求。铝合金附框将玻璃四周包裹,可有效减少安装及使用过程中的玻璃破损现象,节约了成本,提高了施工效率。In the decoration project of the underground station of Guangzhou rail transit line 21,aiming at the problems of many hidden dangers and hazards in the welding operation of the underground special space,the colored glaze glass inner curtain wall panel and light high strength aluminum alloy profiles are combined into a whole standard unit plate to realize the factory prefabricated production and on-site rapid installation,which meets the requirements of green construction.The aluminum alloy frame is used to wrap the glass around,which can effectively reduce the glass damage in the process of installation and use,save the cost and improve the construction efficiency.
