摘　　要：针对城市旧住房成套改造贴扩建桩基施工邻近地铁,需将对地铁隧道的影响控制到零的施工难题,以上海愚园路1382~1388号房屋成套改造为例,对桩基选型、桩基施工技术、环境监护措施等3个方面进行着重研究,确定了钢管锚杆静压桩技术方案,并采取一定的技术措施将施工对地铁隧道的影响控制到几乎为零,施工效果较好,可供类似工程借鉴。In view of the construction problem that the influence on the subway tunnel should be controlled to zero in the construction of the approach extension pile foundation adjacent to the subway in the complete reconstruction of the old urban houses,taking the complete renovation of houses No.1382~1388 in Yuyuan Road in Shanghai as an example,the pile foundation selection,pile foundation construction technology and environmental monitoring measures were emphatically studied,and the technical scheme of steel pipe anchor static pressure pile was determined,and certain technical measures were taken to control the impact of the construction on the subway tunnel to almost zero.The construction effect was good,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
