摘　　要：以南京禄口国际机场T1航站楼北指廊拆除工程为例,介绍了一种管桁架钢结构屋盖整体液压剪切拆除施工技术的施工工艺和安全控制要点。采用大型长臂挖机+双杠液压钢筋剪组成一体化钢结构液压剪进行整体剪切拆除,拆除前利用SAP2000有限元模拟软件对整个模型进行拆除工况分析,确定剪切顺序,后续按照分析的受力体系进行剪切拆除,为类似工程施工积累了经验。Taking Nanjing Lukou International Airport T1 Terminal North corridor demolition project as an example,this paper introduces the construction technology and safety control points of an integral hydraulic shearing demolition construction technology for pipe truss steel structure roof.The integrated steel structure hydraulic shearing composed of large-scale long arm excavator and parallel bar hydraulic steel bar shear was used for the overall shear demolition.Before the demolition,the finite element simulation software SAP2000 was used to analyze the demolition condition of the whole model,determine the shear sequence,and then carry out the shearing demolition according to the stress system analyzed,which has accumulated experience for similar engineering construction.
