摘  要:以北京某在建主题乐园大型塑石假山为例,介绍了塑石假山三维钢筋网片数字化施工技术。通过3D扫描假山实体模型,获取数字信息模型,利用BIM技术进行塑石假山的结构设计及网片设计,自主编写钢筋自动弯曲机作业程序,完成钢筋的双向弯曲,实现网片钢筋生产数字化自动加工。解决了机械弯曲钢筋加工偏差大、钢筋组装定位不准确、网片造型还原度差等难题,实现了钢筋数字化生产、快速校正、精准焊接与组装,具有极大的推广应用价值。Taking the large-scale plastic stone rockery of a theme park under construction in Beijing as an example,the paper introduces the digital construction technology of three-dimensional steel mesh for plastic stone rockery.Through 3D scanning rockery solid model,the digital information model was obtained.BIM Technology was used for structural design and mesh design of plastic stone rockery.The operation program of automatic bending machine for steel bar was compiled independently.The bidirectional bending of steel bar was completed,and the digital automatic processing of mesh steel bar production was realized.The problems such as large deviation of mechanical bending steel bar processing,inaccurate positioning of steel bar assembly and poor restoration degree of mesh modeling were solved,and the digital production,rapid correction,accurate welding and assembly of steel bar were realized,and has great application value.
