摘　　要：为推进新型无机环保砂的行业应用,研制无机环保砂射芯专用自动化装备。本文详细介绍了该装备工艺特点、研制方案、重点系统关键技术以及装备工艺参数。该装备的研制可实现制芯工艺自动化控制,提升铸件质量及生产效率,满足复杂零部件的批量化生产制造,节约造型材料,达到生产过程无污染低排放、节能高效的目标。In order to promote the industrial application of new inorganic environmental sand,the special automatic equipment for core shooting of inorganic environmental sand is developed.This paper introduces in details the technological characteristics,development scheme,key technologies of key systems and technological parameters.The development of this equipment can realize the automatic control of the core making process,improve the casting quality and production efficiency,meet the mass production of complex parts,save molding materials,and achieve the goal of no pollution,low emission,energy saving and high efficiency in the production process.
