摘 要:防治新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情以来,超声影像在肺部疾病诊断中的作用日益凸显,通过研究超声设备远程维护管理方案,便于超声设备更好地服务于临床,保障超声设备的开机率,最大限度降低维护工程师的感染风险。该研究通过利用物联网等最新技术,采集超声设备运行数据,实现在线智能检测、远程故障预测、远程诊断管理、设备健康状态评价等,形成智能检测、远程维护等新型能力,设计出一套超声设备远程维护管理系统,实现维护管理各环节的互联互通和远程运维管理,提升维护管理水平,降低人员交叉感染风险,为其他医学设备的管理提供借鉴。Since the prevention and control of COVID-19,the role of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of lung diseases has become increasingly prominent.By studying the remote maintenance and management scheme of ultrasound equipment,we can ensure the operation rate of ultrasound equipment,make them serve the clinic better,and minimize the infection risk of maintenance engineers.Through collecting the operation data of ultrasound equipment by the latest technologies such as the internet of things,online intelligent detection,remote fault prediction,remote diagnosis management and equipment health status evaluation,etc.,were realized and thus new capabilities such as intelligent detection and remote maintenance were formed.A set of remote maintenance management system for ultrasound equipment was designed to realize the interconnection and remote operation and maintenance management of all parts,and then the maintenance management level were improved and the risk of cross infection were reduced.At the same time,the application design can also provide references for the management of other medical equipment.
