摘　　要：为了研究球缺型药型罩壁厚变化对杆式射流成型的影响,应用AUTODYN软件,采用SPH方法对不同壁厚的球缺型药型罩杆式射流形成过程进行了数值模拟研究。通过分析仿真结果,等壁厚球缺型药型罩形成的杆式射流最为稳定,可为杆式射流的研究提供一定的借鉴。In order to study the influence of the change of the wall thickness of the spherical charge cover on the rod jet forming,the numerical simulation of the rod jet formation process of the spherical charge cover with different wall thickness was carried out by using AUTODYN software and SPH method.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the rod jet formed by the middle thin and thick ball shaped cover structure has the best effect,which can provide some reference for the study of rod jet.
