摘 要:提出了一种基于铁电陶瓷的波导E面T型结,其工作频率为8 GHz。用丝网印刷的钛酸锶钡(Barium-Strontium-Titanate,BST)厚膜铁电陶瓷作为超材料,通过在波导中加入BST复合超材料来改变T型结的相位和频率。为了验证这种方法,设计并加工了频率在7.8~8.3 GHz的复合超材料T型结。仿真和测试结果表明,所设计T型结的插入损耗小于0.6 dB。同时,可以通过调节波导中BST铁电陶瓷的电压来实现波导T型结2个端口之间90°的相移。In this paper,a waveguide E-plane T-junction based on ferroelectric ceramics is proposed,which operates at 8 GHz.The metamaterial is achieved by a screen printed Barium-Strontium-Titanate(BST)thick-film ferroelectric ceramic,which can be loaded in waveguide for modifying phase and frequency of the T-junction.To validate this approach,a load Metamaterial T-junction prototype in the frequency range from 7.8 to 8.3 GHz is designed and fabricated.Experiment results show that the insert loss of the proposed T-junction is less than 0.6 dB.Meanwhile,the 90°phase shift between two ports of waveguide T-junction is achieved,which can be modified by adjusting voltage of BST ferroelectric ceramics in waveguide.
