摘  要:可靠性是越野汽车重要的通用质量特性,对越野汽车研制过程和工作效能具有重要意义.文中在越野汽车研制过程中,开展可靠性工程工作,从可靠性设计分析和可靠性试验两方面展开研究.其中,可靠性设计分析包括可靠性分配、可靠性建模预计及设计FMEA分析工作,可靠性试验包括可靠性研制试验、重要故障分析改进及验证、可靠性试验及数据评估.研制过程及结果表明,越野汽车可靠性符合研制要求,可靠性工程工作可以有效指导越野汽车产品研制.Reliability is one of the most important factors in the off-road vehicle general quality characteristics,which has significance effectiveness during vehicle development and operational process.In this paper,the reliability engineering work is carried out in the development process of an off-road vehicle,and the research is carried out from two aspects:reliability design analysis and reliability test.The reliability design analysis includes reliability allocation,reliability prediction and design of FMEA analysis,and reliability testing includes reliability development test,fault analysis of improvement and validation,reliability test and evaluation of the data.The results show that the reliability of off-road vehicle meets the requirements and the reliability engineering can effectively guide the development of off-road vehicle products.
