摘　　要：近年以来,对人脸识别技术应用的争议不断。有必要对人脸识别技术原理及应用场景进行梳理,找出信息安全需求及对策,以更好地认识和处理人脸识别应用出现的问题。介绍了人脸识别技术近30年的发展过程,分析了目前常见的人脸识别技术。同时,结合人脸识别技术的特点,说明其应用益处与应用限制,特别是结合人脸识别技术与个人隐私泄露的问题,讨论了该技术在社会生活中可能造成的风险。人脸识别技术要在使用中不断完善,而不是简单限制或禁止能够给并且已经给国家、社会、企业、公民带来诸多益处的人脸识别技术的应用。In recent years,there are many controversies about the application of face recognition technology.It is necessary to sort out the principles and application scenarios of face recognition technology,find out information security requirements and countermeasures,in order to better understand and deal with the problems of face recognition applications.This paper introduces the development process of face recognition technology in the past 30 years,and analyzes the current common face recognition technology.At the same time,combined with the characteristics of face recognition technology,this paper explains its application benefits and limitations,especially the combination of face recognition technology and the problem of personal privacy leakage,and discusses the possible risks of this technology in social life.Face recognition technology should be constantly improved in use,rather than simply restricting or prohibiting the application of face recognition technology that can and has brought many benefits to the country,society,enterprises and citizens.
