摘 要:半月板是膝关节的重要结构之一,其在承重、载荷传递与分散以及维持膝关节的稳态和健康方面起着重要的作用。半月板三分之二区域无血管结构,病损后不容易自愈,因此早期诊断并治疗对其预后尤其重要。T2 mapping是一种通过描述组织横向磁化衰减来反映组织特性的磁共振生理成像技术,能从分子水平检测半月板生化成分的变化,具有广阔的临床应用空间。本文就T2 mapping技术在半月板中的应用进展予以综述。The meniscus,as one of the important structures of the knee joint,plays an important role in load bearing,load transmission,load dissipation,as well as maintaining the stability and health of the knee joint.Two-thirds of the meniscus has no vascular structure,so as it is not easy to heal itself after damage.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment are particularly important for its prognosis.T2 mapping is a magnetic resonance physiological imaging technology that reflects tissue characteristics by describing the attenuation of the transverse magnetization of the tissue.It can detect changes in the biochemical composition of the meniscus at the molecular level and has a broad clinical application perspective.This article reviews the application progress of T2 mapping in the meniscus.
