探讨“头项寻列缺”的中医理论渊源

摘　　要：为了追溯"头项寻列缺"的理论渊源,明确"列缺穴"治疗头项部疾病的中医理论基础。查阅大量文献,通过分析列缺穴的由来和定义、定位及主治配伍、脏腑别通等角度深入阐释其理论机制;从偏正头痛、颈项强痛等头项部疾患探索列缺穴与头项部疾病的关系,以及列缺穴治疗头项部疾病的中医理论基础和机理。针刺列缺穴能够有效缓解患者头项部强直疼痛,明确了列缺穴治疗头项部疾病的中医理论基础。列缺穴与头项部疾病之间密切相关,且为四总穴中调治头项的要穴,其对于治疗偏正头痛、颈项强痛等头项部疾病具有重要的意义。In order to trace the theoretical origin of‘problem of head and neck treated with Lieque(LU7)’and clarify the TCM theoretical basis for the treatment of head and neck diseases,a large number of literature was retrieved and the mechanism of the phrase was elaborated by analyzing the origin,definition,location,main indication and compatibility,corresponding Yin-Yang meridian connection of LU7.This study explored the relationship between LU 7 and head and neck diseases in terms of migraine,normal headache,neck stiffness and neck pain.It also explored the theoretical basis and mechanism of LU7 in treating head and neck diseases.Needling LU7 can effectively relieve pain and stiffness of head and neck,therefore it is closely related to head and neck diseases and is the key point for regulating head and neck diseases among the four main points,which is of great significance.
