摘　　要：目的:探析新中国成立前后至阴穴主治病证和配伍规律。方法:新中国成立前以《中华医典》(第五版)、《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为主要检索源。新中国成立后以中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普期刊资源数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Web Of Science为主要检索源,采用频次统计、关联规则的方法。结果:新中国成立前纳入古籍60部,单穴主治病证37种,优势病证为头痛、疟疾等14种,配伍主治病证44种,优势病证为疟疾、中风等17种,配穴148个,与太冲、合谷、三阴交关联最大。新中国成立后纳入文献175篇,单穴主治病证17种,优势病证为胎位不正、痛经等4种,配伍主治病证26种,优势病证为头痛、胎位不正、痛经,配穴85个,与三阴交、足三里、合谷等穴关联最大。结论:至阴穴主治以内科、妇科病证为主,配伍规律遵循按部、特定穴配穴,即上下、五输、井原配穴,可为临床、科研提供借鉴。Objective:To explore the law of Indication and compatibility of Zhiyin acupoints(BL67)before and after the founding of new China.Methods:Before the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the Chinese Medical Code(the fifth edition)and the Collection of Modern Chinese Medicine Journals were the main sources.After the founding of new China,CNKI,China biomedical literature database,VIP journal resource database,Wanfang database,PubMed and Web of Science were used as the main retrieval sources,and the methods of frequency statistics and association rules were adopted.Results:Before the founding of the People’s Republic of China,60 ancient books were included,there were 37 kinds of single point indications,14 kinds of dominant diseases,such as headache and malaria,44 kinds of combined indications,17 kinds of dominant diseases,such as malaria and stroke,as well as 148 points which were most related to Taichong(LR3),Hegu(LI4)and Sanyinjiao(SP6).After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,175 articles were included,there were 17 kinds of single point indications,4 kinds of preponderant diseases,such as fetal malposition and dysmenorrhea,26 kinds of combined indications,such as headache,fetal malposition and dysmenorrhea,as well as 85 points which were most related to SP6,ST36 and LI4.Conclusion:BL67 is mainly used for internal medicine and gynecology diseases,and its compatibility law follows the principle of matching acupoints according to the locations and the specific points,i.e.the compatibility of upper and lower points,the compatibility of five-Shu points,as well as the compatibility of Jing-well and Yuan-source points,which can provide reference for clinical and scientific research in the modern time.
