摘　　要：脑内神经递质与阿尔茨海默病密切相关,近年来脑内神经递质借助微透析技术显示出巨大的研究潜力。本文对基于神经递质进行的中医药对阿尔茨海默病的研究进行回顾性总结,并对该领域的研究前景进行展望,认为在体、活性、实时监测是未来阿尔茨海默病的常规研究方向,但仍亟需相关生物标志物的开发,以及与多项技术的整合。Neurotransmitters in the brain are closely related to Alzheimer’s disease(AD).In recent years,neurotransmitters in the brain have shown great research potential with the help of microdialysis technology.This study made a retrospective summary of the research of TCM in treating AD based on neurotransmitters,and looked forward to the research prospect in this field.It is considered that in vivo,activity and real-time monitoring is the conventional research direction of AD in the future,but there is still an urgent need for the development of related biomarkers and the integration with many technologies.
