摘　　要：当前主流载波自动调度系统的工作流程是通过提取指定时间段指标,筛选出超忙超闲小区,以此可以得出待扩待减小区列表,进而实施扩减容操作,使得网络资源的调整效率大大提升,但是大量的网络结构调整也会给网络的健康运行带来风险。因此,高效准确的评估调整机制显得尤为重要。从当前主流的软扩方式出发,重点分析扩减容原理以及可能带来的各类问题,提出一种改进的加权轮询算法,并通过软件方式实现超忙超闲小区的自动判断和优化解决。The workflow of the current major carrier automatic scheduling system is to extract the specified time period index,select the overload and free cells,and then analyze the hardware configuration of the cells according to the North file to judge,so as to get the list of cells to be expanded,and then implement the expansion and reduction operation.The deployment of carrier scheduling system greatly improves the efficiency of network resource adjustment,but a lot of network structure adjustment will also bring risks to the healthy operation of the network.Efficient and accurate evaluation and adjustment mechanism is particularly important.Starting from the major soft expansion mode,this paper focuses on the principle of dispatch and other possible problems,proposes an improved weighted round robin algorithm,and realizes the automatic judgment and optimization of over and free cells by software.
