摘　　要：目的病人生命体征数据的采集是护理人员每天的必备工作,每采集一个数据就要手工抄写下来,等采集完毕后还需要将所有的数据手工输入到护理系统中。为了代替手工抄写和录入,本文设计了一套生命体征数据采集系统,用于实现病人生命体征数据的信息化采集。方法使用Android Studio编程软件实现对生命体征数据采集系统APP的设计,使用IntelliJ IDEA实现对数据库的编程。结果进入生命体征数据采集系统APP后,先让PDA与生命体征测量设备通过蓝牙进行连接,使用PDA扫描病人腕带读取病人信息,然后使用测量设备对病人进行测量,APP自动获取测量到的生命体征数据,并通过无线网络发送至数据库。结论生命体征数据采集系统从源头上实现了生命体征数据的信息化采集,不仅节省了护理人员的时间,而且还避免了手工抄录过程中出错,有利于提高护理质量。Objective It is a necessary work to collect the patients’vital signs data for nurses every day.Every data collected should be manually copied down,and all data should be manually input into the nursing system after acquisition.In order to replace the manual transcription and input,this paper designed a set of vital signs data acquisition system,which was used to realize the informationalized acquisition of patients’vital signs data.Methods Android studio programming software was used to realize the design of vital signs data acquisition system APP,and IntelliJ IDEA was used to realize the programming of database.Results After entering the vital signs data acquisition system APP,the PDA was connected with the vital signs measurement equipment through Bluetooth firstly.And then PDA was used to scan the patient’s wrist strap to read the patient’s information,and the measurement equipment was used to measure the patient.The APP would obtain the measured vital signs data automatical and sent it to the database through wireless network.Conclusion Vital signs data acquisition system realizes the informationalized acquisition of vital signs data from the source,which not only save the working hours of nurses,but also avoid the mistakes in the process of manual recording,which is conducive to improving the quality of nursing.
