摘　　要：目的提高心导管室资源的有效利用率,实现精细化管理。方法设计手术排程调度系统,并选择系统上线前后的2018年10月与2019年10月心导管室工作数据作为应用研究对象。结果使用手术排程调度系统后的日均排程耗时、急诊等待时长均短于系统使用前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);巡回护士日均在岗时长减少了8.71%。结论应用手术排程调度系统后,心导管室手术间资源得到充分使用,患者提高了满意率,急诊手术安排更加合理,巡回护士得到更多的休息时间。Objective To improve the effective utilization rate of cardiac catheter laboratory resource and realize the fine management.Methods The operation scheduling system was designed,and the working data of cardiac catheterization laboratory in October 2018 and October 2019 before and after the system went online were selected as the applied research object.Results After using the operation scheduling system,the average daily scheduling time and emergency waiting time were less than those before using the system,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The average daily on duty time of itinerant nurses was reduced by 8.71%.Conclusion The resources of the operating room in the cardiac catheterization room were fully used,the patients’satisfaction rate was improved,the arrangement of emergency operation was more reasonable,circulating nurses get more time off.
