摘　　要：目的实施针对公立医院设备资产管理真实世界数据的管理协同机制,加强公立医院设备资产管理规范性,提高公立医院设备资产管理水平。方法结合2016年某大型三甲医院全院设备资产“大清查”过程中的实地调研资料、清查数据及多年管理经验,剖析该院设备资产管理中存在的关键问题;基于管理协同理念,建立针对这些关键问题的设备资产管理协同机制,并在实施过程中不断优化。结果该院设备资产盘亏原因主要为报废未减账(45.32%)、资产条码脱落导致归属不明(39.90%)及组织机构变更或空间调整(8.24%)。设备资产管理中的主要问题为管理制度缺乏延续性和应变性,信息化管理系统与管理流程缺乏协同性等。实施设备资产管理协同机制后,该院在全院设备资产数量上浮48%,设备资产管理人员未增加的情况下,2019年设备资产账实一致率较2016年提升了11.35%,盘点时间减少了81.25%。结论设备资产管理协同机制的实施,可有效提高医院设备资产管理的规范性及整体水平。Objective To strengthen the management of equipment assets in public hospitals and improve the management level by implementing a collaborative management mechanism based on the real-world data.Methods Based on the field survey data,inventory data and years of management experience during the“big inventory”of the equipment assets of a large tertiary hospital in 2016,the key issues in the equipment asset management of the hospital were analyzed.On account of collaborative management concept,the mechanism for equipment assets was established and has been continuously optimized in the process of implementation.Results Firstly,the inventory data analysis showed that the loss of equipment assets in the hospital were scrapped but unreduced accounts(45.32%),the unknown ownership caused by the bar code shedding(39.90%)and the organizational change or space adjustment(8.24%).Secondly,the traditional management system was lack of continuity and adaptability,and the non-cooperation between the information management system and the actual management process.Thirdly,after the implementation of the collaborative management mechanism,the coincidence rate was increased year by year.In detail,when the number of managers has remained and the number of equipment assets has risen by 48%,the proposed coincidence rate in 2019 has increased by 11.35%compared with 2016,and the review time has reduced by 81.25%.Conclusion The implementation of the collaborative management can effectively improve the management level of equipment assets in hospital.
