摘　　要：红外热成像(Infrared Thermography,IRT)技术作为医学领域的研究热点之一,聚焦于成人疾病领域,在儿科领域的应用研究较少,缺乏大样本、系统性研究。本文回顾了国内外IRT技术在儿科学、中医儿科学及心理学等多学科交叉研究领域的应用研究,总结IRT技术在儿科各领域应用的优缺点及尚存问题,并提出解决思路,为IRT技术在儿童疾病领域的进一步研究指明方向。As one of the research hotspots in the medical field,infrared thermography(IRT)technology focused on the field of adult diseases,but the application research in the field of pediatrics is scarce,lacking of large sample and systematic research.This paper reviewed the application research of IRT technology in pediatrics,pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine,psychology,and other interdisciplinary fields at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the application of IRT technology in various fields of pediatrics and the summary of the remaining problems,this paper proposed solutions and pointed out the direction for the further research of IRT technology in the field of childhood diseases.
