摘　　要：本文根据不同类型的两台组合球管式医用X线机,在机器曝光过程中分别报“逆变器故障”和“过电流保护”错误信息,通过对组合球管式X线机的构造特性和故障现象进行分析,利用万用表等简单的维修工具,对逆变器和高压发生器等关键节点的电参数进行测量,进而判断出故障是由于机器的高压二极管(硅堆)软击穿和球管真空度不良引起,更换了故障元件,机器得到修复。通过对两例组合球管医用X线机的成功修复案例,为医工人员在判别和修理该类故障时起到借鉴作用。Two different types of combined ball tube medical X-ray machines reported“inverter failure”and“over-current protection”error messages respectively during the exposure process.Based on these information,this paper analyzed the structural characteristics and fault phenomenon of the combined ball tube X-ray machine.By using simple maintenance tools such as multimeter,the electrical parameters of key nodes such as inverter and high voltage generator were measured,and then it was judged that the fault was caused by the soft breakdown of high voltage diode(silicon stack)and poor vacuum degree of the ball tube.The machines were repaired after replacing the faulty components.Through these two cases of successful repair of the combined ball tube medical X-ray machine,it can be used as a reference for medical workers to identify and repair this kind of fault.
