摘  要:本研究旨在评估酸化剂复合精油混合物对保育猪生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响。试验中的动物为400均体重为(8.04±0.06)kg的26 d断奶猪,每组100头,每组4个重复(25头/重复),试验共设计4种日粮,即基础日粮、基础日粮+0.8、1.6和2.4 g/kg苯甲酸和精油混合物。结果:随着日粮苯甲酸和精油混合物添加水平的升高,14 d猪的体重、1~14 d日增重和采食量以及1~28 d采食量表现为显著二次曲线升高(P<0.05),同时1~14 d猪的饲料效率表现为显著线性和二次曲线升高(P<0.05)。日粮添加苯甲酸和精油复合物显著改善了粗蛋白消化率(P<0.05),同时可以显著提高十二指肠和空肠胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。结论:苯甲酸与精油的组合提高了断奶仔猪粗蛋白消化率及肠道胰蛋白酶活性,改善了饲料效率。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of the mixture of acidifier and essential oil on the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of conservation pigs.The animals in the experiment were 40026d weaning pigs with an average weight of 8.04±0.06kg,100 pigs in each group and 4 replicates(25 per replicate)in each group.In the experiment,4 diets were designed,namely basic diet,basic diet+0.8,1.6 and 2.4 g/kg benzoic acid and essential oil mixture.Results:With the increase of dietary benzoic acid and essential oil mixture,the body weight,daily weight gain and feed intake of 14d pigs and feed intake of 1~14d pigs showed significant increase in conic(P<0.05),while the feed efficiency of 14d pigs showed significant increase in linear and quadratic curves(P<0.05).The addition of benzoic acid and essential oil complex significantly improved the digestibility of crude protein(P<0.05),and significantly increased the trypsin activity of duodenum and jejunum(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of benzoic acid and essential oil can improve the digestibility of crude protein and the activity of intestinal trypsin in weaned piglets,and thus improve the feed efficiency.
