摘　　要：德国当代哲学家曼弗雷德·里德尔的《在传统与革命之间》为20世纪下半叶德国学界黑格尔法哲学研究的经典之作。在长达十五年之久的研究过程中,里德尔以黑格尔的市民社会理论为核心,逐渐摆脱马克思、洛维特等人的影响,一步步深入到黑格尔法哲学思想的内核,从自由与自然的对立、逻辑与历史的统一以及最终从制度论出发,对黑格尔法哲学做出了日益贴近原意的精深研究,在各个不同的层面深刻揭示了黑格尔法哲学与传统和现代(“革命”)的关系,以及黑格尔通过市民社会理论与传统断裂,奠立新的社会学理论的崇高历史地位,从而为后学提供了一幅最好的导游地图。Manfred Riedel’s Between Tradition and Revolution is a masterful study of Hegel’s philosophy of right in the second half of the 20th Century.In his over fifteen years of research,by focusing on Hegel’s theory of civil society,Riedel gradually steps away from the influences of Karl Marx and Karl Löwith,and enters the core of Hegelian philosophy of right.From the opposition between freedom and nature,the unification of logic and history to,ultimately,the perspective of institutional theory,Riedel undertakes an increasingly penetrating study of Hegel’s philosophy of right.He illuminates,in depth,the relationship between Hegel’s philosophy of right and tradition as well as modernity(“Revolution”)on various levels,in addition to the historically esteemed position of Hegel due to his breaking away from traditional scholarship and establishing a novel theory of sociology,thus provides the best roadmap to Hegel’s philosophy of right for future scholars.
