摘　　要：作为张艺谋导演的首度谍战类型创作实践,《悬崖之上》在其视觉表征上,仍然具有清晰可辨的作为"张艺谋电影"的影像风格,影片以视觉反差强烈到近乎二元对立的色彩呈现,传达出一种肉眼与身体直接可感的逼人寒气。作为一部风格化的谍战电影,《悬崖之上》具备一定意义上的"另类"叙事特质。在导演看似繁复的创作经历中,始终有着一以贯之的风格。在这个意义上,除了作为谍战类型的首度尝试,《悬崖之上》并不算是一个例外。As the director’s first attempt in spy genre, Impasse remains a clear and distinguishable image style of Zhang Yimou’s films in visual representation. Relying on the strong visual contrast to such a degree that the color presentation features nearly binary opposition, this film conveys an instant feeling of dreadfully cold in visual and physical sense. In a sense, Impasse has unconventional narrative characteristics as a spy film with a featured style. There is a consistent style throughout the seemingly complicated film-making experience of Zhang Yimou. Therefore, Impasse is not an exception, apart from his first attempt to make a spy film.
