摘  要:新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)对世界人民健康造成威胁。目前,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法用于鼻咽拭子、痰和其他下呼吸道分泌物、血液及粪便等标本的核酸检测,是筛查和诊断COVID-19的重要手段。但随着检测活动的广泛开展,检测人员存在的潜在感染风险及消毒防护的问题被大家广泛关注。制定和实施核酸检测实验室规范的消毒防护方案,既可以有效地保护检测人员的健康安全,又可以避免实验室的相关污染,降低干扰因素,从而提升检测质量和效率。The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is threatening the health of people around the world.At present,the quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)method is an important method for screening and diagnosis of COVID-19 by detecting nucleic acids from nasopharyngeal swabs,sputum and other lower respiratory tract secretions,blood and feces.However,with the extensive development of testing activities,the potential risks of infection and disinfection protection of testing personnel have been widely concerned.The formulation and implementation of standard disinfection and protection programs in nucleic acid testing laboratories can not only effectively protect the health and safety of testing personnel,but also avoid related laboratory pollution and reduce interference factors,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of testing.
