煤机行业“十四五”发展趋势与策略研究

摘　　要：分析煤机市场容量趋于稳定、同质化产品竞争严重、大而不强、人才欠缺、关键配件可靠性差等现状,研判煤机行业"十四五"时期市场增量空间有限,进入存量竞争时代,行业集中度提升,智能化是发展趋势,煤机需求"成套、大型、高端化"。从成长方式创新、研发模式创新、市场边界创新、竞争战略创新4个方面探索煤机行业未来发展的应对策略,提出煤机行业"十四五"应打造新的重组模式、打造开放性集成创新平台、延伸市场边界、聚焦目标集聚战略。The current situation of stable coal machinery market capacity,serious competition for homogenized products,large but not strong,lack of talents,and poor reliability of key components was analyzed.The research and judgment of the coal mining machinery industry during the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period has limited market increment space,entering the era of inventory competition,increasing industry concentration,and intelligentization is the development trend of coal mining demand"complete,large,high-end".The coping strategies for the future development of the coal mining machinery industry was explored from four aspects:growth mode innovation,R&D model innovation,market boundary innovation,and competitive strategy innovation,proposing a new reorganization model,creating an open integrated innovation platform,extending market boundaries,and focusing on target clustering strategies.
