摘  要:目的:研究主动转颈训练结合被动弹拨治疗对神经根型颈椎病的疗效影响。方法:随机分组法将中医科门诊80例神经根型颈椎病患者分为治疗组与对照组各40例。治疗组用主动转颈训练结合被动弹拨颈部两侧足太阳膀胱经;对照组用颈椎牵引和中医针刺治疗。两组患者都治疗3疗程,从治疗有效率、治疗前后VAS、PRI、PPI及主要症状缓解时间几个方面进行对比。结果:治疗组的治疗有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);两组患者VAS、PRI、PPI及主要症状缓解时间治疗后比较,治疗组各项评分降低程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:主动转颈训练结合被动弹拨治疗对神经根型颈椎病效果明确。Objective:To study the effect of active neck rotation training combined with passive pull-pull therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:80 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there were 40 cases in each group.In the treatment group,the active neck rotation training combined with the passive plucking of both sides of the neck with solar bladder meridian was used;The control group was treated with cervical traction and acupuncture.Patients in both groups were treated for 3 courses.The comparison was made from the aspects of treatment efficiency,VAS、PRI、PPI and the time of major symptom relief before and after treatment.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS,PRI,PPI and remission time of main symptoms of the two groups were compared after treatment,the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion:The effect of active neck rotation training combined with passive pull-pulling therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was clear.
