摘  要:为积极应对炼焦煤资源供应趋紧、质量下滑和价格波动等多变因素影响,河钢宣钢公司优化炼焦煤资源、配煤结构,深入市场探寻炼焦煤新资源,以小焦炉试验和煤岩分析为技术支撑,研究新资源的质量性能和各炼焦煤种的配入比例,开展配加王家岭瘦焦煤的多种配煤优选方案,在保证焦炭强度不降低的基础上,瘦煤配比提高至14%。通过对配合煤硫分和黏结指数的测算,扩大了炼焦煤资源,用普通焦煤代替部分高价低硫柳林类焦煤,降低了公司的配煤成本。In order to actively cope with the impact of changing factors such as tight supply of coking coal resources, quality decline and price fluctuation, etc., coking coal resources and coal blending structure were optimized, the market was going deep to explore new coking coal resources with the technical support of small coke oven test and coal petrography analysis. The quality performance of new resources and the blending proportion of each coking coal was studied, and a variety of coal blending optimization schemes for adding Wangjialing lean coking coal were carried out. On the basis of maintaining the coke strength, the lean coal ratio was increased to 14%. By calculating the sulfur content and caking index of blended coal, the coking coal resources are expanded, and by using ordinary coking coal to replace some high price and low sulfur Liulin coking coal, the company′s blending cost is reduced.
