国内外抗硫化返原剂的研究现状与展望

摘　　要：天然橡胶硫化时间过长或者使用条件苛剧,在使用过程中生热,都会发生硫化返原现象,导致其交联密度下降,物理性能变差。本文主要介绍了目前国内外市场上主要的几种抗硫化返原剂,包括PK900(1,3-双(柠糠酰亚胺甲基)苯)锌皂类的Stmktol AKT73、后硫化稳定剂HTIS(二水合六亚甲基-1,6-二硫代硫酸二钠盐)、多功能交联剂9188(1,6-双(N,N’-二苯并噻唑氨基甲酰二硫)-己烷)以及N,N’-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)和双-(γ-三乙氧基硅烷基丙基)-四硫化物(Si69),并对其硫化机理进行了分析。Natural rubber vulcanization time is too long or the use of harsh conditions,heat generation in the process of use,will occur vulcanization back to the original phenomenon,resulting in the decline of its crosslinking density,physical properties.Tliis paper mainly introduces the mainly several kinds of sulfide resistant to return on the market at home and abroad the original agent,including PK900((1,3-citeaconimidomethyl)benzene)、zinc soap Stmktol AKT73,sulfide stabilizer HTS(Hexamethylene-1,6-bisthiosulfate dihydrate),and multifunctional crosslinkingagent 9188(1,6-bis(N,N'-dibenzylthiocarbamoylclithio)-hexan),N,N'meta-pheny-lene-bismaleimide、Bis-[γ-(triethoxysily)—prolyl]-tetrasulfide,and the mechanism of their sulfurization was analyzed.
