摘  要:本文针对田湾核电站一期工程汽轮机控制系统(DEH:Digital Electro-Hydraulic System)存在的信号分配不合理、软硬件冗余方式不完善、在线维护风险高以及备件停产等问题,提出了分散式信号配置、"模件级冗余"的DEH升级改造方案,经出厂验收测试和运行验证,升级改造后系统的可靠性得到了较大的提升,为保障机组的稳定运行奠定了基础。This article for the signal distribution is not reasonable, the hardware and software redundancy method is not complete, the online maintenance is high risk and spare parts is out of production of the steam turbine control system(DEH: Digital Electro-Hydraulic System) of the first phase of Tianwan nuclear power plant, proposed a distributed signal configuration, "modular redundancy level" of DEH upgrading scheme, the factory acceptance test and operation verifying, the system reliability has been greatly improved after upgrading, it has laid a foundation for stable operation of the unit.
