摘 要:目的了解莆田市公共场所水源中分离的军团菌的检出情况。方法 2019年1~12月通过107份水样,其中96份淋浴水和11份冷却塔水,进行军团菌的分离培养,并对分离到的菌株进行血清分型。结果 27家酒店中有17家检出军团菌,阳性率为62.97%。107份水样(其中96份淋浴水和11份冷却塔水),共检出军团菌19株,阳性率为17.76%;LP1型、LP3型、LP5型、LP6型、LP9型、LP11型多个血清型存在,其中LP5型检出最多见,占47.37%。结论莆田市公共场所存在军团菌滋生,且血清型呈多样性。Objective To understand the detection of Legionella isolated from public water sources in Putian city. Methods A total of 107 samples of water, including 96 samples of shower water and 11 samples of cooling tower water were used toisolate and culture Legionella bacteria, and the isolated strains were serologically classified during January-December 2019. Results Legionella bacteria were detected in 17 out of 27 hotels, with a positive rate of 62.97%.A total of 19 Legionella strains were detected in 107 water samples(including 96 shower water and 11 cooling tower water),with a positive rate of 17.76%.There were several serum types of LP1,LP3,LP5,LP6,LP9 and LP11,among which LP5 was most frequently detected, accounting for 47.37%. Conclusion Legionella exists in public places in Putian city, and the serotypes are diverses.
