摘　　要：目的了解广州市白云区健康人群登革病毒感染情况及影响因素,为登革热预防控制提供科学依据。方法 2019年12月对广州市白云区1 253名1~84岁健康人群进行问卷调查并采集血清标本,用ELISA方法检测登革热IgG抗体,用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果调查广州市白云区1 253人,登革热IgG抗体阳性率为11.81%(148/1 253),男性和女性的阳性率分别为12.05%(63/523)和11.64%(85/730);1~、5~、21~、50~84岁人群的阳性率分别为8.31%(25/301)、9.09%(20/220)、13.76%(49/356)、14.36%(54/376),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以50岁年龄组阳性率最高。不同文化程度、居住环境人群抗体阳性率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论广州市白云区健康人群中存在登革热隐性感染者,是引起登革热流行的重要隐患。Objective To understand dengue virus infection and influencing factors among healthy population in Baiyun district of Guangzhou city, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of dengue fever. Methods A toal of 1 250 healthy people aged from 1 to 84 were questionnaire surveyed and their sera were collected in December 2019,anti-dv IgG was detected with ELISA.The descriptive epidemiological method was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 1 253 people were surveyed in Baiyun district, Guangzhou city, it was founded that the antibody positive rate of IgG was 11.81%(148/1 253),and it of males and females was 12.05%(63/523) and 11.64%(85/730).The positive rate seroprevalence in the groups aged 1-,5-,21-,50-84 years were 8.31%(25/301),9.09%(20/220),13.76%(49/356) and 14.36%(54/376) respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),people aged over 50 years had the highest antibody positive rate.There was no statistical significant difference in antibody positive rate among people with different living conditions and education backgrounds(P>0.05). Conclusion There are inapparent dengue fever infection in the health population in Baiyun district, Guangzhou city, which is an important hidden danger of dengue fever epidemic.
