摘　　要：目的了解昆明市高血压患者与高血压相关知识的掌握情况和健康行为形成情况,为改进高血压患者的健康教育工作提供参考。方法于2016年3~5月,采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取昆明市35岁及以上高血压患者1204例为调查对象。采用面对面询问的方式进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本情况、高血压相关知识认知和健康行为形成情况等。采用SPSS 17.0进行检验。结果调查高血压患者1204例,高血压相关知识掌握率为53.47%,男、女性患者掌握率分别为55.47%、51.58%;高血压知识知晓差、知晓良好、知晓优者分别占41.53%、40.95%、17.52%;不同性别、地区、文化程度、有无并发症高血压患者的高血压知识掌握情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);健康行为形成率为58.91%(2837/4816)。限盐、限油、增加锻炼、控制体重者分别为81.73%(984/1204)、64.78%(780/1204)、36.05%(434/1204)、53.07%(639/1204)。结论昆明市高血压患者的高血压相关知识掌握情况不理想,不同特征患者的掌握情况存在差异,且健康行为形成率亦不高。Objective To understand the status of hypertension patients’ knowledge about hypertension and the formation of healthy behaviors in Kunming city, so as to provide reference for improving health education for patients with hypertension. Methods From March to May 2016,1 204 hypertensive patients aged 35 years and above in Kunming city were selected as the survey objects by multi-stage stratified sampling method.A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted.The contents of the questionnaire included basic information, knowledge and cognition of hypertension and the formation of health behaviors.SPSS 17.0 was used for tests. Results A total of 1 204 cases of hypertension patients wee surveyed, the mastery rate of hypertension related knowledge was 55.47% for male and 51.58% for female.Poor, good and excellent knowledge of hypertension related knowledge were 41.53%,40.95% and 17.52% respectively.There were significant differences in the mastery of hypertension knowledge among patients of different gender, region, education level and with or without complications(P<0.01).The formation rate of healthy behavior was 58.91%(2 837/4 816).The patients with salt restriction, oil restriction, exercise increase and weight control were 81.73%(9 84/1 204),64.78%(780/1 204),36.05%(434/1 204),53.07%(639/1 204). Conclusion The mastery of hypertension-related knowledge among hypertensive patients in Kunming city is not ideal.There are differences in the mastery among patients with different characteristics, and the formation rate of healthy behavior is not high.
